ISO: mix to create seasoned croutons (Paul Prudhomme)

The recipe that I'm looking for is one that was posted in a newspaper after an interview with Paul Prudhomme...

He gave the seasonings that he uses to create croutons.. I had mixed my bread cubes with olive oil and then mixed them with the dry seasonings before drying the bread cubes into croutons..
