ISO: My Great Recipes Stuffed Green Peppers

I am looking desperately for a recipe that I have had for years but lost somewhere in my major move. I know some of it, but for the life of me cannot remember it all, and would like to make these. It is a recipe from a recipe card "My Great Recipes", for Stuffed Green Peppers, they are made with ground beef and have a tomatoe sauce topping that is mixed with the ground beef and the remainder is poured over the peppers to bake in the oven...Please help if you can...Thanks so much
