ISO: need chicken salad recipe with mandarin oranges, soy sauce, and mayonnaise

someone please help. I am in search of a chicken salad recipe that I had once at a picnic. It had mandarin oranges, and i think soy sauce and mayonaise and green onions but i am not sure. can anyone help??
