ISO: need help figuring out food quantities for my son's wedding reception

I need some help with figuring out food quantities for my son's wedding reception. A lady from the church has offered to do the cooking but my son and his fiance are purchasing the food. I know they are planning on a vegetable tray, fruit tray, meatballs, for approx. 200 people. If anyone can help me figure out how to figure out quantities on these items for that amount of people, I will be very grateful. Thanks for your help.
