re: Food quatities for wedding reception - Need more info

You need to give a little more information.
Do you intend this as a full meal, or just
hor doeuvres and dessert?
For a meal figure VERY generally on 6 oz protein
4 oz of main side, 4 oz of another side and 4 oz
of dessert.
For hor doeuvres only, figure 6 to 8
"pieces" per person per hour.
