ISO: Neiman Marcus Pineapple Coconut Cake with frosting

I was lucky to be at a party where they had the Neiman-Marcus Pineapple Coconut Cake. The cake was yummy. The frosting was SO yummy! I sure do hope that you will have this recipe.
