ISO: New and Unusual Christmas Cookie Recipes

Yes, I'm talking about making Christmas Cookies in August, sorry!
But over the last 25 years, I've make at least 125 dozen cookies
(10 varities x average 12.5 dozen). Most of them are "drop" cookies,
it so easy, but looking either for new and unusal recipes or a cookbook
with new and unusal (is this proper English?). Any suggestions?
I'll be more than happy to share any and all recipes I have.
