ISO: New Castle PA Coney Island Hot dog chili

Misc.
My father grew up in New Castle PA where we loved the Coney Island Hot dog chili in downtown New Castle (I think it opened in 1923). We cannot get up there to get any and they won't ship. Any ideas on the recipe? I have tried some over the years but can't get the exact taste. Anyone in the PA area that might know the recipe - help would greatly be appreciated!!! Thanks!
