It helps with this recipe to let the jars sit UPSIDE DOWN for five or ten minutes right after you seal them. Then turn them right side up and let cool overnight. Don't know why it helps but it does, it lets the jelly get firmer somehow. Thanks for your time! Jean in rural PA
