ISO: O'Charlies Red bean & Rice soup

While traveling thru Tennessee & Alabama and eating at various O'Charlies Restaurants I came accross their "Red Bean & Rice Soup" It was wonderful! I E-mailed them for the recipe, but they said they don't give out their recipes. Anyone have it?
