My wife absolutely LOVES the Sydney's Cosmo from Outback. I want to make it at home for her for our anniversary. I'm re-creating her favorite meal from outback - Alice Springs Chicken, Aussie fries, bleu cheese wedge salad, and a Sydney's Cosmo.
