ISO: Pace Picante Skillet

Lost my recipe a long time ago and miss it very much--cannot find it on Pace since Campbell Foods bought them and and cannot get recipes before 1996. The one I need was a contest winner and consisted of sliced polish sausage, onions, garlic, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, Pace picante sauce and minute rice. Just cannot remember particulars like how much of this and that. Help me! It is a wonderful pot luck dish. Thanks! Emily
