ISO: Panda Express Black Pepper Chicken

I am trying to find the recipe for Panda Express Black Pepper chicken. I know there is black pepper, celery, and onions as well as the chicken. I do not know if there is chicken broth used or what sauce is used. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks
