Recipe: Meat Balls with Rice and Spaghetti Sauce (using Minute Rice)

MEAT BALLS WITH RICE AND SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 (14 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
Shape beef into 16 meat balls. Brown in skillet.
Add salt, spaghetti sauce, and water. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Push meat balls to side of skillet, bring liquid to a boil, and stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
