Sliced onion sauteed in sweet butter and seasonings, gently simmered in a light beef broth with essence of tomato, topped with our homemade croutons and Asiago-Parmesan cheese. Served daily.

Ingredients (with cheese & croutons):
Water, onion, beef base (roasted beef including natural beef juices, salt, hydrolyzed corn gluten, sugar, natural flavorings, corn oil, potato flour, caramel color), tomato sauce (tomatoes, salt, dextrose, onion powder, natural flavorings, citric acid), butter (sweet cream, annatto color added seasonally), unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, Vitamin C [ascorbic acid added as a dough conditioner], enzyme added to improve baking, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), beef base (roasted beef including natural beef juices, autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, potato flour, dry whey, caramel color, natural flavorings, corn oil, paprika), chicken base (chicken meat including natural chicken juices, hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, potato flour, natural flavorings, autolyzed yeast extract, carrot powder, turmeric), salt, modified food starch, spices, Tabasco (vinegar, red pepper, salt)., wheat flour, malted barley flour, Fetina Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose added to prevent caking), Asiago cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose is added to prevent caking), fresh Asiago cheese, (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose added to prevent caking), Crouton Mix (soybean oil, water, salt, spices, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whey, lecithin, mono and diglycerides, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, artificial butter flavor, citric acid, beta carotene, vitamin A palmitate, calcium disodium, EDTA added to protect freshness, water, salt, yeast, ascorbic acid as dough conditioner, microcrystalline cellulose, starch).
