re: French Onion Soup (like Panera Bread)

Recipe was very good, but tasted nothing like the French Onion soup Panera Bread makes. It's a 'bit thinner, is a little on the hot side, and has too much thyme in my opinion. Focaccia/Croutons were right on though. Not to give the wrong impression, this soup does taste very good; but if you're expecting the same taste as Panera, this isn't it.
