ISO: Panes con Chumpe (Salvadorian sandwich)

Is there someone who knows the recipe for Panes con Chumpe.
It's a Salvadorian sandwich. I don't know everything it has but some ingredients are slow simmered-cooked turkey,has fresh
cucumbers,horseradish,etc and it's put on a bolillo (Mexican french bread.
