ISO: Parfait (using whipped evaporated milk and Jello)

I am looking for a Parfait recipe that uses Evaporated milk with Jello and the option to add fruits or veggies. The basic instructions are to mix the boiling water with the jello add the cold water or juice and let cool a bit then whip the milk and jello mixture together until light and frothy. Then layer 2 or more flavors in parfait glasses and chill. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
