ISO: Pasta Bar

Im thinking about having a pasta bar for my husbands birthday. There will be 7-10 people, and I'm a little unsure as to how much pasta and how many varieties of pasta and sauces would be appropriate.

I would also like to inquire as to some sauce ideas, and some topping ideas..
