ISO: Peach Kuchen
Misc.I am trying to find a recipe for Peach Kuchen that my great Aunt Bertha used to make. I remember the dough in the bottom of the pan and she poked holes in it. Then, I remember seeing her mixing eggs and fresh sliced peaches and pouring that over the crust. I am not sure of what else was in it or what was in the dough. But when it was baked, it was really moist and sticky and was absolutely delicious. When I was a little girl up to seniour in high school, my parents and I went to Lake Erie to visit for a month. My Dad would always take a 25lb bag of flour and a 10lb bag of sugar and a bushel of fresh peaches. She really looked forward to this every year and the kuchen was the best. I hope that someone out there has this recipe. Would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
