ISO: Peanut bars with chocolate

On two occasions I went to a party and had a delicious peanut/chocolate bar. The gal who made it refuses to give out the recipe! How Mean!! Please help me with this recipe. The bottom is sweet and a bit gooey and the middle has dry whole peanuts and it is topped with a layer of chocolate and then cut in bars. I don't know if it has peanut butter but definitely has loads of peanuts. Anyone know about this recipe ?
