Recipe: Grilled Chili Steak

GRILLED CHILI STEAK

1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 tsp. ancho chili powder
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
2 garlic cloves
Four (4-oz. each) beef tenderloin steaks
Cooking spray

Prepare grill.

In small bowl, combine freshly ground black pepper, ancho chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, cumin, red pepper and minced garlic. Rub spice mixture evenly over trimmed steaks; let stand 10 minutes.

Place steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 5 minutes on each side.

Makes 4 servings
