ISO: Peanut Butter Swirls (1970's bar cookie)

Misc.
In the mod 1970s, Nestle Tollhouse Morsels had a recipe on the back for a cookie bar called Peanut Butter Swirls. It's essentially a peanut butter cookie bar recipe with chocolate chips sprinkled on top then "swirled" into the batter.

This is one of the best cookie bar recipes ever, it is a HUGE hit at any party or pot luck you bring it to, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I thought it was in my mother's old 70s cookbook that she gave me, but no, nowhere to be found. :(
