ISO: Peg Bracken's Spinach Surprise

I am looking for a recipe from Peg Bracken's I Hate to Cook Book. The recipe is called Spinach Surprise. I have lost my copy of the recipe and can't find it anywhere on the Internet. I was hoping to make it for Thanksgiving this year.
