ISO: Peri Peri Sauce

Misc.
During the summer I purchased Peri Peri Sauce fromt he Karoo Kafe in Provincetown, MA. Their sauce was excellent. They are closed for the season and I am unable to contact them. I have tried many recipes but they are either to hot or not good. Please help, I wanted to serve a Peri Peri sauce for Thanksgiving but am now runing out of time.
Thanks
