ISO: Persian Princess Rose Petal Cake

I made this cake in college (1997), and i cannot find the recipe again! i loved it and remember that a main ingredient was rose syrup. anyone know of this recipe. it is way sweet, and to die for!!!

please help a girl who wants to eat cake.
