re: Rose Petal Cake Recipe - I have one

I have a Rose Petal Cake recipe but it uses rose water rather than rose syrup. And I don't know if you can consider just a tablespoon a main ingredient, but it also uses the actual rose petals in the batter. If you are interested I can pass it along. I suppose one could substitute the syrup for the water, your cake would turn out moister. I don't know about you, but I don't consider that a problem. You could also use the syrup in the frosting. More of a flavor impact there, I think. I'll keep checking the board, let me know.
