ISO: Pickling Hot Peppers
Misc.I am fairly new to pickling hot (Jap,Hun) peppers. Is it a must you soften and peel the skin on the Jalapenos before canning them? I am also looking for a hot pepper recipe that will have a slightend sweetend taste. Can you help? Thank you very much!
