ISO: Pie in a Jar

Hi, I just came from a Peach festival and they had Peach Pie in a Jar with the crust for sale. They want $6 a pint jar and I came to this site to see if anyone had a recipe for it. I am wondering if it is a health hazard what could they have done to make this product safe? I would really like to make the pies and cobblers in a jar for gifts.
