HOBO DINNERS
To serve four you will need four 1 pound coffee cans
1 pound ground beef
4 medium potatoes
small can green beans
small can carrots
2 onions
4 ears of corn (small), or 2 large ones cut in half
Make the ground beef into four patties, placing in bottom of coffee can. Next slice the potatoes and onions, putting them on top of patty. Drain the green beans and carrots add to the top of rest. Next put the ear of corn, salt and pepper to taste and a pat of butter. Cover can with aliuminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Nice thing about this one is you can change the veggies to each person taste.
