ISO: pina colada sauce for coconut shrimp/ Red Lobster's

At the Red Lobster, they offer a wonderful sauce to dip Deep Fried Coconut Shrimp.
We ask for the recipe and they said it comes ready made, Island Oasis Coco Lopez/ Pineapple chunks.
Found no resorce on line so thought if anyone out there can provide a recipe or info where to find it ready made.
