ISO: Pizza Dough Recipe Needed for Welbilt ABM-100-4

I have A Welbilt ABM-100-4 (missing a blade) but at one time it seems I made pizza dough with this machine, probably on the manual cycle. Now I can't find the recipe. Seems that I put in the ingregients and let it mix, then took it out and let it rise outside the breadmaker. Can anyone help with this recipe. I am deciding whether to replace the dough blade. If I can find the recipe, I may pay the $20 for a new dough blade.
