ISO: Polly's Pies Coach's Oats Pancakes

I've tried the recipe from Coach's Oats but the pancakes came out dense and chewy. The ones from Polly's are fluffy and yummy. I've heard that Polly's uses a doughnut batter as the pancake mix base but I can't find their recipe anywhere. Please Help!
