ISO: Potato Nut Cake

Misc.
When I was growing up each holiday was marked with a Potato Nut Cake that my grandmother made. It is a lightly chocolate cake with spices made moist with mashed potatoes in the recipe. Unfortunately, after my grandmother and aunts have passed on, no one in the family seems to have a copy of this recipe. Does anyone have something like this back in their recipe boxes?
