ISO: Potato soup mix in a jar for xmas gifts

Misc.
I attended Harvest Days yesterday and saw some jars of potato soup mix in a quart jar for a xmas gift. I would like that recipe. They also were selling a Toll House Pie mix in a pint jar. I have that recipe. The lady said the soup was deliciois. I assume it has to be made with powdered milk.
