ISO: Pudding Sheet Pie and Sausage and Noodles in Creamy Sauce

I am looking for a recipe for a sheet pie that has a Graham cracker crust and a vanilla (cooked) pudding topping. Also am looking for a recipe using sausage and noodles in a creamy sauce and then baked with parmesan cheese on top?
