ISO: Puppy Chow Surprise (dinner dish using rice, cream of celery soup, and hamburger)

I am hoping that someone has the correct recipe for a dish my son's brought home from their ex-stepmom. They love it, but I am unable to get it from her. It had rice, cream of celery soup, and hamburger. I tried to make it and must have had the quantities off, because they were disappointed. She called it "puppy chow surprise," the only recipe I know of with that title is for a snack, not dinner. Please help. I have a couple of growing teenagers that love this dish.
