ISO: Question about Elam's Flour

Misc.

Hi, Any help regarding info on Elam's Flour would be greatly appreciated. I
have a cookbook entitles "Best Recipes from the Backs of Boxes, Bottles, and
Jars" by Ceil Dyer. In the book there a bunch of bread recipes using Elam's
Flour: Unbleached White with Wheat Germ, Bran Flour, Steel Cut Oatmeal, etc. I
have never heard of Elam's Flour and cannot find anything like it in the stores
near me. Can anyone give me some info on this and how to get the flour or a
suitable repalacement? I am from Northeast N.J. near NYC. Thanks in advance.

Thanks!
Sue
