Don't know if this will be much help .... I remember using their flour about 15 - 20 years ago. Don't remember where they are from, etc. but I too live in the Mid-Atlantic area. I THINK (but not sure) I bought their products at a health food store . You might check there ... and if someone has worked there awhile they might be familiar with the name.
