ISO: Question for Chiqui

Misc.
Hello my Friend:

What a wonderful recipe! I completely agree with our friends Gina and Carol. I have to confess that I am not an expert regarding artichokes. We tend to eat only the small ones in a vinaigrette sauce, so I am afraid to experiment with the big ones. But I want to try your wonderful recipe. Should I remove some of the outer leaves or should I leave all of them? Will the short blanching be enough?

Have a good day, my friend and thanks for the wonderful recipes.
