ISO: Question on Smoked Ham Steaks
Misc.Okay, this is sad, but I am 33 and just began cooking in the past 2 months. My question is this: Is it alright to prepare smoked ham steaks with out a special glaze or marinade? The recipes that I have seen with sauces don't seem very appealing. I would not mind a salty seasoning or slightly sweet taste, but I do not want a lot of ingredients on the ham itself. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thank you!!!
