Recipe(tried): Smoked ham help

Hi Clarice,
I am a chef, and I think that if your steaks are already cut, you could simply brush them with some honey, or make a brown sugar glaze. That ham is already full of flavour, there's no need to marinate. I would sear them first in a pan, brush with honey or glaze and finish in the oven until the meat is heated through.
