ISO: Quincy's Yeast Rolls Bread Machine Dough Cycle

Misc.
I do not have a bread machine but would like to make these rolls. Do you think it would work if I use the rising times quoted and mix and knead by hand?

Thanks so much. I just love these rolls and want to make them for my family.
