ISO: Rainforrest Cafe Chimi-Cha-Cha (Pieces Of Eight)

I am looking for the Rainforest Cafe Chimi-Cha-Cha appetizer recipe! These were first on the Rainforest menu as "Pieces Of Eight." They changed the name, but not the recipe. I want to fix these for my Navy daughter, before she deploys for 7 months this fall! She love them, and there is not a Rainforest in VA! Please help! Thank-you !
