I have no specific amounts for the ingredients, but here is my favorite:
Eggs------as many as you want to fix
Mayonnaise-----enough to moisten the egg yolks
Mustard----about 1 tsp. for 6 eggs
Celery-----chopped very fine>>>>>I like the crunch in my eggs
Pickle----at times I may add sweet or dill relish to taste
Sprinkle Paprika on top of eggs, if desired, after filling egg whites with the yolk mixture.
