ISO: Recipe for Chinese Marinated Beef. Delicious recipe.

Chinese Marinated Beef. Recipe given to me many years ago. long lost :(. Used Rump Steak. Onions, Garlic, Brown Suger (I think) and a lot of Onion...a stew. flavour was superb, would dearly love to find it again.. and maybe some honey, touch of garlic. DAMN but I would like to have it again. Fingers crossed!!
