From the recipe booklet: 389 Ways To Use California Ripe Olives by The California Olive Industry, 1976

381. A Valentine's Day special - Stir chopped ripe olives into your favorite sandwich filling. Cut whole wheat bread slices into heart shapes and top with an olive filling.
382. First day of spring. For a plate garnish, arrange apple slice "petals" and ripe olive wedges in a festive flower shape.
383. An edible Easter egg - Tuck a whole almond into the center of a pitted ripe olive and pipe whipped cream cheese on top.
384. An Easter Bunny. Use a hard-cooked egg half for the body, a ripe olive slice for the head, olive wedges for ears, and a small ripe olive slice for the tail.
385. Halloween. Top muffin batter with a ripe olive face just before baking.
386. Or, make a bigger face and create a pizza Jack O Lantern. Call on carrot sticks, cheese, and pitted ripe olives for the face.
387. Serve an orange and black relish tray for a Halloween flair. Arrange carrot sticks or curls and pitted ripe olives.
388. First day 01 winter. Use a hard-cooked egg for the body of a penguin, a pitted ripe olive for the head, olive wedges for the wings and feet, and a sliver of a carrot for the beak.
389. Don't forget Santa! Pipe a ruffle of whipped cream cheese around cocktail crackers. Center each with a pitted ripe olive stuffed with red pimiento and a sliver of green onion.
