ISO: Recipe for Dark Chocolate Rum Cordial Candies

These are small dark chocolate balls that are filled with a non-alcoholic rum flavored liquid. The liquid is suspended in a sugar coating. They have been around for many years, but they used to contain much more liquid. There are also other flavors, but the rum are the best. They are knoen as "Dark Chocolate Rum Cordials".
