ISO: Recipe for good chicken wing sauce

The Main St. Pub in Voorhees, NJ serves fried chicken tenders with an amazing wing sauce. does anyone have a good recipe for a wing sauce? I could smell a little vinegar, a lot of tabasco, and I'm not sure what else in it.
