ISO: Recipe for Healthful Strawberry Drink

Misc.
Dear TKL;
I find myself stuck with at least 20 lbs. of frozen Strawberries from last year, and I've made all the jam I will ever want. I hate to think of throwing them out so I was wondering if you had any recipes for healthy and lean breakfast drinks? Also, I was reading that women in other cultures who consume a lot of soy products in their diets don't suffer from hot flashes in their menopause. Would this be the same as Tofu? I can't possibly get that stuff down and I can't find info. about a substitute. I thought that I had heard that there are drinks available but cannot find such a thing in my local grocery stores here in Northern Ontario, Canada. Any suggestions? Thanks for your input.
